Photo Gallery The making of a community web site. A sterling example of a joint venture in your community: Carteret County Veterans Services Officer and Carteret County Veterans Council. The project was led by a Boy Scout earning his Eagle rank with the involvement of veterans, computer and internet specialists, other youth and adults. The purpose of the web site is to inform, especially those veterans and family members who work and live in Carteret County, North Carolina. Web site orientations were done for various veterans groups.
